poc-eclipse-webui-chartThis POC is about parsing and visualizing numerical data inside Eclipse. It’s based on a WebUI Eclipse editor that read CSV files; the data are parsed with the OpenCSV library (thanks to Glen), serialized and sent to the html UI loaded inside a SWTBrowser instance. The UI features a Flot chart to display data series.

KNOWN BUGS

enabling Flot resize crash and close the Eclipse IDE

SOLVED: install and register XULRunner 1.9.2, use SWT.MOZILLA as Browser style

– style SWT.WEBKIT (Safari) not working, see bug

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT

cross-browser support, JSON Serialization, chart usability, bug fixing, matrix support (with Jama?)
